TrustFire F25

TrustFire F25 Stainless Steel modded with high CRI Nichia 219B. (No mod pictures.)

Light came with a nice gift box, it had a 5 mode driver ( High-Middle-Low-Strobe-SOS ) and Cree Xp-E LED. It is possible to use 14500 and AA battery with this light. I didn't test current draws of original driver since I replaced the driver (original driver size 16mm)  and LED. LDCH driver 17mm.

Pros:

  • Price
  • 5 mode driver
  • Lightweight
  • Easily moddable
  • Nice smooth reflector.
  • Quality switch (Esp. for the price.)
  • Tailstands
  • Been using for a long time it is still shiny.

Cons:

  • Some parts of the body especially tail feels like not SS, maybe I am wrong.  The body and head is quite hard and feels like SS.
  • Original driver uses PWM for low and medium modes.
